Who these terms bind

These terms apply to anyone who accesses this site, whether or not they are a customer. Using the site means accepting them.

Use of the site

Automated harvesting, reverse engineering, load or stress testing, and security probing without our prior written authorisation are prohibited.

All the elements of this site remain the property of Amelys Ltd or its partners. Reproduction or reuse without prior authorisation is prohibited.

Use of the service

The customer must not submit addresses for which it has no legal basis, and warrants that it holds one.

The verdicts we return must not be used to build a competing database, nor to send unsolicited messages.

We may suspend access where use breaches these terms.
